Sunshine Sunday Rain Moving In Monday
A nice shot of dry air has arrived and we are going to see a beautiful Sunday with lots of sunshine low humidity and temperatures topping out just into the 80s. It is great way to end the weekend because the satellite loop shows clouds building in the Middle Mississippi Valley & Northern Plains. This is the next weather system that is revving up and moving eastward. But at least for Sunday there are no issues to worry about except which beach and how much sunscreen.

By Monday morning there will be some showers around and then probably a break. A second shot of rain should move in later Monday afternoon into Monday night. Rainfall amounts of an inch or so are possible. Temperatures Monday will probably hold in the low to mid 70s with an onshore wind.
Tuesday we will see some sunshine return with temperatures reaching into the 80s with reasonably humidity. No hot weather is in the forecast for this week. Wednesday looks nice and dry but more rain or showers with an onshore wind could arrive later Thursday into Friday.
