Once again another FREEZE WARNING is up for overnight into Wednesday morning. Clear skies and light winds set the stage for ideal radiational cooling and lows tonight will be in the teens in 20s over many locations. At least there will be no wind tonight to speak of so the temperatures will actually feel like the temperatures! A rebound of sorts begins on Wednesday however there are issues with arriving clouds and a wind off the ocean. This probably keeps areas from Eastern New Jersey eastward to Southern New England and Long Island in the mid to upper 40s while some inland highs could reach the lower 50s.

Satellite loop shows nothing but clear skies from our coast to the midwest but clouds are beginning to move into the Western Great Lakes and they are headed our way for Wednesday. We should see sunshine in the morning before the clouds come in from the west during the afternoon.

Radars remain in quiet mode and we won’t see showers here until Thursday as a cold front approaches. Temperatures on Thursday should get into the 60s before the front passes. Then we cool off Friday. Interesting questions for the weekend. We are sure it is going to be very cold again but we aren’t sure if it comes with another precipitation event.
