Fathers Day Weekend Starts With Shower Threat
Fathers Day Weekend Starts With Shower Threat
This morning we see a mix of conditions around the area raging from clouds to blue sky to overcast and a few showers are dotting the radars this morning. However the first thing we noticed this morning is the nice breeze along coastal areas which is making for a nice cool start to the day.
Temperatures this morning are in the low to mid 60s and as clouds will dominate today along with the onshore wind, most highs will probably fall somewhere between 65 & 75 degrees. While there will be some showers around today, much of the time it won’t be raining.

My general approach to the weekend remains the same. It will be a warm & humid weekend. The threat for showers will be there through Sunday however much of the time it won’t be raining and there will be some breaks of sun. If you have outdoor plans go ahead with them. Temperatures will reach into the 80s both weekend days away from the ocean. Fathers Day should be good enough for any outdoor grilling plans though it will not be picture perfect. There will probably be a better chance for showers and thunderstorms on Monday as a cold front approaches from the west. This front may take its time moving through. Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads out there.
