Weather Conditions Slowly Improve No Important Issues Into the Weekend
Overnight rains are over with and now we can move on to what will be a very quiet 4 days starting with today. We don’t have any big storms in the short range right now so that’s a plus. Weather conditions are improving today and for a change, we don’t have any arctic air nearby or on the way so we will see sunshine today Highs will reach the 40s which is actually a little bit above average! Radar is done for us though rain in Southeastern New England will be heading out as the day wears on.

Let’s move on to the rest of the week. We will have a nice day on Wednesday with no worse than partly sunny skies. Highs will be in the 40s. A weak cold front arrives Wednesday night with little consequence. Thursday and Friday look good with sunshine both days and highs in the 40s to near 50 Thursday and mostly 40s on Friday. Saturday brings another stronger arctic front that comes through later in the day so ahead of it highs will be in the 50s.
This cold front coming through Saturday is not unlike the cold front that came through two Friday’s ago (you know what followed). The front moves offshore, stalls out and a wave develops on the front in the Deep South and then makes the turn up the East Coast offshore.
No two weather events are identical but they do tend to rhyme. I said on the Joe & Joe Weather Show and on Patreon days ago that when we reached Tuesday, and models are showing something, i would get interested. I will wait for the dayside guidance to see what that does, but I will say that the overnight gfs series did raise my eyebrow a touch (if you look closely you would have seen it move!). More on the long range on Patreon later today.
