Conditions are favorable for Tropical Storm Don to strengthen as it reaches the Windward Islands but conditions in the Eastern Caribbean are hostile and like Tropcial Storm Brett, Don is likely to weaken once it reaches the Eastern Caribbean in about 48 hours.
