Snow Showers On Radar. Milder Quiet Weather Week Ahead
The first of two weak systems is moving through this evening ad we can see a band of clouds from the Great Lakes to our coastline. This system is weak and there are some snow showers showing up on the radar in a few spots though much of what is there is aloft and not reaching the ground thanks to the dry air mass overhead. We should see this disturbance move out later this evening and skies should partially clear out with lows in the 20s to near 30 in the warmer urban areas.

Sunday should start with some sunshine but clouds will come back in as the second weak weather system approaches for Sunday night into Monday morning. Sunday’s highs will be in the 30s to near 40. Overnight Sunday into Monday morning some light snow or mixed precipitation could occur but nothing that should be too problematic. Then later Monday we will some sun with highs back into the 40s.
TUESDAY’S FORECAST HIGH TEMPERATURES
Next week looks quiet for the most part even though a cold front will pass through Tuesday night. It won’t have much with it. Temperatures will reach the low and mid 50s on Tuesday and then turn colder again for Wednesday and Thursday but not overly so. Long range takes us to Christmas weekend and there are questions abound regarding the chances for a White Christmas. There is a chance this year given how the pattern is shaping up and we will discuss the possibilities later this evening.
