All weather models seem to be converging on the idea of a wave developing on the cold front that drops southward here Thursday night into Friday. NAM model GFS and now even the European model are showing a few inches of snow accumulation possible from late Thursday night into early Friday afternoon. Cold air will drain rapidly southward Friday morning and i suspect temperatures will drop into the upper 20s and low 30s in a hurry once the wave moves offshore and winds shift to the north. This is an early call so confidence right now is on the low side but we will see what subsequent model runs do with this as we move closer.

In the meantime showers with an approaching cold front continue to move offshore but another band of showers with the actual cold front are organizing to the west and those should be moving through here tonight and they will be offshore by daybreak. Wednesday looks to be dry and mild with some sunshine and temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Thursday will be dry with sunshine and arriving clouds and highs in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Snow/rain will develop after midnight Thursday night and change to all snow before daybreak. It should be all done from west to east around midday Friday.
The Sunday event is quickly becoming a non event but it also appears that weather models are evolving to a different solution regarding this. We will explain this in greater detail later today. National Weather Service snow forecast maps below have not as yet been updated to reflect latest model trends but will likely be updated late this afternoon.
The maps below are the National Weather Service forecast snow maps with the most likely snowfall prediction.
