Showers Weak Cold Front Moving East Overnight
Latest satellite and radars are showing showers with a cold front moving across Pennsylvania. At least the front will be weakening as it moves east and much of the shower activity will be diminishing as it cross our area tonight. The showers will be long gone by daybreak. Temperatures overnight will probably not fall very much and hold in the 40s.

REGIONAL RADAR
Showers on the regional radar look healthy at the moment but all weather models show this line of showers weakening. Local radars are quiet for now but they will start to get busy later this evening.
LOCAL RADAR NEW YORK CITY
LOCAL RADAR PHILADELPHIA
Once the front passes weather conditions improve quickly and Friday should be partly to mostly sunny with highs in the 50s. The weekend looks dry and seasonal in the temperature department. Sunshine starts the day on Saturday with afternoon clouds as a weak disturbance moves through. Highs will be in the upper 40s to near 50. Sunday looks mostly sunny with highs also in the upper 40s to near 50. Monday also looks good but chilly with sunshine and highs in the 40s.
The next front arrives late Tuesday night and early Wednesday with clouds and showers developing. Behind the front colder air will begin to move in Wednesday. There is a chance the rain could end as some sleet or slow briefly in some areas. Temperatures will start in the 50s and then fall late in the day. There is a question as to whether the week finishes cold but dry or whether another wave of low pressure develops and moves northward just offshore.
