Radars and satellite pictures show an area of showers and some thunderstorms moving across Pennsylvania. The area seems to be holding together at the moment as the move to the northeast. Some areas might see some downpours or a rumble or two of thunder before daybreak.

Once those showers and thunderstorms go by (and not all will see them) Tuesday we should see a mix of sun and clouds and another day in the 80s until a cold front moves through during the afternoon. That could set off some downpours or a thunderstorm but again these should be scattered in nature. Very cold unstable air will be moving in Tuesday night and Wednesday. Wednesday we will see a lot of instability clouds with pop up showers and thunderstorms. The air is so cold aloft that I would not rule out some small hail occurring in some places. Temperatures Wednesday will be quite cool for this time of year and many areas will have a tough time getting out of the 60s. Coastal areas should see highs in the lower 70s.
