Memorial Day Weekend Underway Clouds Showers Moving East
We are starting off this Memorial Day weekend with lots of sunshine as the storm to the east continues to slowly edge eastward. Meanwhile a small disturbance with some showers is over Southwest Pennsylvania and moving eastward. It looks like the bulk of those showers will either weaken or pass to the south into Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. I think I would leave the mention of a passing shower or two but if you are north of NYC to the Hudson Valley Long Island and Connecticut, you may just see some clouds from this and not much else. Temperatures will reach into the 70s this afternoon in most areas.

Sunday we will see a bit of an onshore flow which will bring some clouds and a bit of drizzle from off the ocean. Temperatures will be in the 60s to around 70. Monday Memorial Day brings a cold front with the chance for showers and possibly a thunderstorm at some point during the day with highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s. The bottom line is that the bulk of the time this weekend it won’t be raining. It may still wind up that today Saturday will be the better of the three weekend days.
