With the heateave such as it is a done deal lets look ahead to the break in the 90 degree temperatures which will come Tuesday night with a backdoor cold front moving through. There could be a chance for a thunderstorm with that front but other than that, it will be dry through Tuesday afternoon. Temperatures will reach the upper 80s to lower 90s to and 90 to 95 the next 2 days with cooling sea breezes at the shore. But Wednesday and Thursday will be 10 to 15 degrees cooler. Thursday depending on clouds some coastal areas will probably stay in the 60s.

Meanwhile this morning no issues on the satellite or radar loops. There are hardly any clouds anywhere in the Eastern 2/3rds of the United States. The satellite look is looking like typical late spring early summer across the country except in the Pacific Northwest where there will be a cold rain and even some snow in the mountains.
