Heat Humidity Gone For Now
Last night’s cold front that produced a few thunderstorms and a couple of decent lightning shows is now long gone. We have a slightly drier air mass in for today with blue skies, sunshine and temperatures in the 80s.
Across Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania it still remains rather humid though the dew points at least are down into the upper 60s to near 70 as opposed to middle 70s. Elsewhere the dew points are in the low to mid 60s making for relatively comfortable conditions.
We will see sunshine all day to day however during tonight as the flow becomes more onshore (off the ocean) some moisture will be coming back and so will some scattered showers during the early morning hours in some places. As usual most won’t see a thing. Then Thursday and Friday we will see clouds and some sunshine warm and more humid conditions with highs in the upper 80s to around or just over 90.

I dont see too much in terms of complications over the weekend. It is looking to me that we will see clouds and some sunshine warm and humid conditions with the risk for scattered showers and thunderstorms especially Sunday evening as the next cold front approaches. Highs over the weekend will be in the 80s to near 90.
