Frosty Morning Warmer Air Arriving

We woke up to a frosty morning so little by little the seasons first frosts and freezes are working their way through the area. We are starting off with temperatures in the 30s this morning so a jacket is in order.

7AM TEMPERATURES FROSTY MORNING

Clouds are beginning to arrive from the west. The forerunner of warmer air it first arrives aloft and then at the surface. Clouds will be increasing today with most highs in the 50s. Then as we transition over to warmer air a shower is possible overnight. Thursday look for clouds and some sun with highs in the 60s and the chance for a passing shower.

You can see the showers popping up well to our west this morning on the regional radar but they will be going by to our north. Even with a warm front going by tonight and a cold front coming through on Friday we won’t see much when it comes to shower activity.

FRIDAY FORECAST HIGH TEMPERATURES

Friday will be warm with sunshine and clouds and the risk for a shower with highs reaching into the 70s. Then a cold front passes and it will be much cooler for the weekend. Saturday looks dry and cool with some sunshine and clouds with highs in the 50s. There will be a developing onshore flow as another warm front cold front combination moves through. Sunday we will see the chance for showers with highs in the 50s. Then Monday it will be milder until the cold front passes with highs in the 60s.
