Above the fog deck this morning we have a minimal amount of middle and high clouds on the satellite loop so I think it is just a matter of time before the low clouds and fog burn off and we go to some sunshine. The warm front is to our north so temperatures have no where to go but up. We should see mid 60s to lower 70s away from the ocean and mostly 50s to low 60s along south facing coastal areas. No issues with regards to any showers as the radars are calm and quiet.

Once again tonight we will probably see dense fog develop again and it should burn off on Friday though some areas may have it a bit tougher with more of an onshore wind. 60s will be reached again away from the ocean and 50s along the coast.

With an approaching strong cold front the Storm Prediction center currently has New Jersey and most of Eastern Pennsylvania at a marginal risk for severe weather Saturday. The time of year would argue against it but this is a rather strong front coming through. Depending on how much marine air gets involved we should see one or 2 stronger thunderstorms away from the coast. Coastal locations are at minimal risk for severe weather with a south wind which tends to weaken any thunderstorms as they pass through. Saturday thunderstorms will occur later in the day and into the evening with highs in the 60s. Sunday will be windy cooler and dry with temperatures in the 40s.
