You know it its going to be another very warm day when you have temperatures in the 70s to near 80 at 8am. Yes it is going to be another very warm to hot day but clouds and an approaching front along with more of a southwest wind will probably keep temperatures under 90 in most places and certainly along south facing shorelines. Also there is the chance for a shower or thunderstorm this afternoon and this evening though I suspect that not everyone will see one and most may see little or nothing. Records today may be slightly out of reach though a few spots where the bar is low might see a challenge.

At least for now radars are quiet and should remain so into midday. Once this front passes through the weekend looks dry and cooler. It should be no worse than partly sunny both Saturday and Sunday. Highs both days will be in the 60s to near 70…might be a little warmer inland. There will be an onshore wind all weekend long. Then Monday a cold front approaches with a good chance for showers and thunderstorms with highs in the 70s.
