Today’s cold front was another dud as it moved across with a few thunderstorms but much of the line split apart as it neared Long Island (shocker) and now we are done. A second area is moving southward through New Jersey. A third is moving through Eastern Coastal Connecticut and might clip Eastern Long Island. Once this is done, the entire area is finished.
Outlook Tonight & Sunday
Skies will clear out tonight with temperatures settling in the 60s. Then its a nice day on Sunday as high pressure from the Great Lakes builds in for the next 3 days. Sunday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.
Monday and Tuesday look great with sunshine both days and highs in the low to mid 80s. It is a pretty straight forward forecast into the middle of this week.
