Thunderstorms Approaching Tonight Front Stalls Wednesday

Of course even though we have a Category 5 hurricane we do have some local weather to deal with today and that is the chance for some thunderstorms this evening. The Storm Prediction Center has our area in a slight risk for severe weather this evening. Thunderstorms are revving up on the radar but they should not get in here until later this evening. Temperatures this afternoon are very warm and humid with highs topping in the mid to upper 80s.

Wednesday we will see the front stall out which means we will be in lots of clouds and there will be some rain around. It will be much cooler on Wednesday with most highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s.

Weather conditions will improve on Thursday with some sunshine. Friday through Sunday should be beautiful with lots of sunshine each day and highs mostly in the low to mid 70s. Sunday Hurricane Irma will be possibly impacting Florida. We will have more on Irma later this evening.
