Some renegade thunderstorms are already developing on local radars and a stronger line of thunderstorms will move through this evening. The thunderstorms are being caused by a cold front moving into a very tropical unstable air mass. Flash Flooding is a particular concern for areas in Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey where the ground is already saturated from the rains of the last 6 days. Once this weather front passes, weather conditions will improve for the weekend with a slow decrease in humidity.
