High Wind Warning Colder Weekend
We have already seen wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph this morning and those strong winds will continue at least into midday as a storm system to the northeast intensifies and high pressure begins to slide down from Central Canada. We are in a stair step decline as far as cold air is concerned and that means temperatures that are in the 40s this morning area going to stay in the 40s all day. We will have sunshine mixing with some clouds ans we can see some cloud cover swinging in from the Great Lakes. No showers are forecast today though the odd blip on the radar could show up well inland of the coast.

Skies will clear out tonight with temperatures dropping to the 20s to near 30. Then on Friday a weak disturbance marking the leading edge of the core of the cold air will move through with some clouds. We will see temperatures in the 30s all day and then drop into the teens to near 20 by Saturday morning
The weekend will be dry. Saturday will be cold with sunshine and highs back into the 30s. Clouds and milder air start to arrive on Sunday as temperatures make it back into the upper 30s to lower 40s. It will be another trip up to the 50s and 60s by Tuesday with another round of showers and thunderstorms.
