Great Weather Continues Through The Weekend

The coolest part of the week is about to end and we will see temperatures trend back to 70 or better for the next 5 days but it will be reasonably above average and not crazy above average for the next few days. Also the humidity should remain reasonable right through Sunday since the tropical moisture remains cut off and confined well to the south.

SATELLITE LOOP

The satellite loop shows just how quiet things are in the Eastern 2/3rds of the United States with dry air and virtually cloud free skies. There is a frontal zone off the coast where the clouds are running southwest to northeast so except for Florida and the Pacific northwest, the weather across the US is unusually quiet.

REGIONAL RADAR

Wednesday Thursday and Friday we will see sunshine with most highs in the lower 70s. Some places could be a tick or two higher and some a tick or two lower. The weekend offers more of the same with sunshine and highs generally in the lower 70s. Nights will be clear and cool with most lows in the 40s to lower 50s with a few 30s in cool spots. The next chance for any rain could come Monday night or early Tuesday with the next cold front. Next week the pattern changes for awhile with the prospects for some much needed rain on Tuesday.
