We are seeing a northwest southeast band of rain moving through at the moment. The rain is not especially heavy but it is making roads wet and a little slick. Once the rain is done later this evening we will spend the rest of the night under overcast skies with some spotty light rain or drizzle. Temperatures will drop into the 40s as the rain goes by and they should stay in the 40s all night.
Friday we will see cloudy skies and there will be a spot shower here and there until later in the afternoon as another larger area of rain develops and moves in again for the evening commute. Friday’s highs will be in the low to mid 50s for the most part.

The question for Saturday is how much drying will occur in the atmosphere. The onshore flow will continue so drying may be limited. No rain is forecast during the day Saturday but the amount of sun will probably be limited. Then the next weather system lines up for rain later Saturday night and Sunday. Yuck!
