All Models Point to Late Week Storm Of Snow/Ice/Rain
Overnight model runs continue to shift to the left. Now it comes time to just watch the satellite and radar loops and observations as the day goes on. Im thinking that this will be confined to mainly coastal and southern New Jeresey, Long Island especially central and Eastern Suffolk County and Coastal Connecticut. A coating to an inch or so is not out of the question.

Satellite and radar loops below show the storm and the cloud shield all a little left of models from yesterday. You can also see the vortex over the Great Lakes that is moving along and interacting with this coastal storm.

So look for snow to overspread Coastal New Jersey and Long Island by mid to late afternoon and it should be done by 9pm to midnight. Inland areas might see snow showers from the Great Lakes upper vortex as cold air begins to arrive.
