Clouds Sink Southward Weather Improves
Watching the satellite loops this afternoon we can see the dry air to the north in New England & Eastern Canada moving southward. Clouds sink southward weather improves and sunshine continues to increase from north to south. All the rain is now out of local radar range with some areas well offshore. Temperatures are responding to the sun as they rise through the 60s and into the 70s for the rest of the day.
EASTERN SATELLITE
REGIONAL RADAR
Tonight will be a nice cool night with clear skies. Most lows will be in the 50s along the coast and in warmer urban areas but inland areas will bottom out in the 40s. There are no weather issues to worry about for Tuesday with lots of sunshine and highs everywhere in the 70s except 60s along the immediate coast.
Wednesday brings the next warm front cold front combination so look for clouds and the chance for showers as temperatures rise through the 70s to near 80. After this front passes, the rest of the week looks good and so does the Father’s Day weekend at this point.
Looks like an upper ridge will be building up just to our west this weekend which will keep things rain free and warm with some sunshine. Temperatures Thursday and Friday will be into the 80s. Saturday and Sunday we could see temperatures well into the 80s. The exceptions each day will be along the coast with local sea breezes at the beaches.
