Clouds Moving Norhteast Thunderstorm Threat Inland
Another day begins with clouds everywhere on the satellite loop. We see clouds moving northeast along a stalled boundary to our south. The onshore flow has relaxed somewhat but it is still there to some degree. This is going to keep us in clouds. Now I do think there will be some brighten of skies and perhaps even some breaks of sun possible away from the coast. Temperatures along the coast will remain in the 60s while inland highs west of NYC and south in Central & South Jersey westward we could see highs reach 70 or better.
The threat for a late day thunderstorm is there and the Storm Prediction Center does have Westernmost New Jersey on the edge of marginal risk for severe weather today.

Other than the chance for a passing shower or a thunderstorm it should be dry. there are also some showers over Delaware and points eastward and they could clip parts of South Jersey today.
Wednesday we will see more of a southwest wind ahead of a cold front and also a better chance for some sunshine. That should take temperatures through the 70s everywhere and there is probably a better chance for a late day thunderstorm. Thursday looks like the one nice uncomplicated day this week.
