Synopsis: LOW PRESSURE OVER THE CANADIAN MARITIMES GRADUALLY MOVES INTO THE OPEN ATLANTIC WATERS TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY. MEANWHILE…AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES SUNDAY WEAKENS AS ANOTHER HIGH BUILDS OVER SOUTHEASTERN CANADA SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY. THIS HIGH THEN MOVES SLOWLY EAST THROUGH TUESDAY. A FRONTAL SYSTEM WILL AFFECT THE REGION MID TO LATE NEXT WEEK.

Synopsis: A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL GRADUALLY MOVE ACROSS THE CANADIAN MARITIMES THROUGH SATURDAY. A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLOWLY BUILD INTO OUR AREA DURING THE WEEKEND, EXPAND INTO NEW ENGLAND LATER ON MONDAY, THEN SLIDE OFFSHORE LATE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY. A WARM FRONT SHOULD LIFT NORTHWARD NEAR OUR AREA ON WEDNESDAY. A COLD FRONT IS FORECAST TO ARRIVE ON FRIDAY.
