One of the beautiful things in my view is how a frozen lake looks when the wind blows the snow cover across it. Unfortunately it requires you to stand outside in that cold in order to observe it. And it does BURN!!!! But Alton New Hampshire is beautiful. This is a view from the village.

As far as the Rochester rule post. The 1pm temperature at Rochester is 2 below zero which means that my forecast low for New York City for Sunday morning is minus 2. It will all depend on the wind direction. If it is more northwest or north northwest, it is doable.
