Warmer Temperatures Arriving Heat Thursday Through Saturday Ahead of Thunderstorms
We have a beautiful day across the Northeast and Mid Atlantic states today. In fact that beautiful weather extends west to the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley, and south to the Southeastern US. Satellite loops show mainly clear skies and this is thanks to high pressure sitting directly overhead. The winds off the ocean are turning more south and that is going to allow temperatures to rise today into the 80s just about everywhere except right along the immediate coast where it will be about 10 degrees lower. Radars are nice and quiet and they will not be an issue right into the first part of Saturday!
