Showers Then Cool Dry Weekend
We have one more warm day ahead of us wit some sunshine to start but then clouds will roll in from west to east around midday and there will be some showers to deal with this afternoon and evening. An isolated thunderstorm is possible as well until the front passes.
Temperatures today will reach the 70s though clouds will come in faster than they did on Sunday and that should limit the upside to some degree. The front is coming through faster than forecast a few days ago by weather models and it is much weaker.
Radars this morning beginning to show showers in Western Pennsylvania and Western NY State so they should time out for early to mid afternoon from west to east. Once the front goes by weather conditions will improve tonight. Temperatures by Friday morning will be down in the upper 30s to mid 40s. Friday looks nice with some sunshine but there will be a gusty wind and highs just in the mid to upper 50s. Over the weekend we will have a northerly flow of air right through Sunday and for the first couple of days next week. This means some sunshine each day with no rain. Highs will be in the 50s and nights will be in the 30s to lower 40s. No big storms are on the horizon at all for next week.
