Holiday Shopping Weekend Weather Outlook
Another good looking day has come to a close and skies on the satellite loop are mostly clear across most of the Northeast and Middle Atlantic states. There are no important weather issues this weekend other than temperature fluctuations and late afternoon models continues to point to a quiet mild week coming up with no big storms and 2 weak cold fronts. Low pressure developing off the Southeast coast is moving northeast and well to our east. There isn’t much with the cold front approaching for Saturday other than some clouds. Temperatures tonight will settle in the 30s to near 40 except for a few 20s in cold spots.

Saturday looks like a sunny morning into early afternoon before clouds arrive. Highs will reach the middle to upper 50s before the cold front moves through tomorrow evening.
Then winds shift to the northwest and we see a quick shot of colder air for Sunday. Sunshine will take highs just back in the 40s on Sunday. Then Monday and Tuesday sunshine and a west wind will take highs back into the 50s. A weak front comes through Wednesday with just a few clouds with it. Another front on Friday will bring perhaps a few showers. Other than that the week looks dry.
No big storms are on the horizon over the next 10 days. JOESTRADAMUS has more on this and the cold weather in Europe in his long range post and explains why things are so quiet here.
