The 18z gfs continues to argue against the phased dynamic European look and would call for clouds and a northeast wind but the rain from the low to the south would stay offshore.

Both of these maps are for Saturday morning and you can see the much more unphased fractured look of the gfs. I guess it is one or 2 more runs to see which model caves. Either way marine conditions for the weekend do not look especially good.
