We have Fire Risk Elevated Sunday for New York City, Northern New Jersey, Connecticut & The Hudson Valley. The rainfall last night was under a quarter of an inch in most areas with did very little to alleviate the dry conditions. Sunday will feature lots of sunshine, a gusty wind and temperatures in the mid 60s to around 70 which pretty much repeats the conditions of a few days ago. Brush fire risk remains high so be extra careful out doors with any open flame.

Relative humidity levels tomorrow afternoon will drop to the 20 to 30 percent range and I would not be surprised at all to see it actually wind up under 20 percent again during the mid to late afternoon. Monday we will warm up to the middle and upper 70s away from the ocean and I would not be at all surprised to see some temps above 80 again.

Tuesday we will see a change as a front moves through around mid to late morning and a wave develops on the front. This should bring a shot of decent rain and a few heavier downpours.

Temperatures will start the day warm in the 60s and reach the 70s in South Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania but temperatures will begin falling in northern areas during the morning as cool air drops southward. By days end everyone will be in the 40s and 50s.
