The word deals here is a verb and not a noun. Black Friday deals out a sunny Friday free of cost over the area. We are starting out nice and sunny today and we should finish off with nothing more than some high clouds coming into the mix. There isn’t much wind around so it makes for a beautiful late Autumn day with temperatures this afternoon making a run for the 50s. Actually the weekend as a whole looks pretty good with just a minor interruption possible late Saturday.

SATELLITE LOOP

The satellite loop does show the clouds with the next cold front moving into the Great Lakes but there isn’t much to worry about ahead of it. The radars will remain quiet today into Saturday morning.

REGIONAL RADAR

Look for mainly clear skies tonight mixed with some clouds with most lows in the 30s to lower 40s. Saturday we will see an increase in cloud cover but there should be some sun in the mix. Highs will reach the middle to upper 50s. There is the chance of a shower Saturday evening as the front passes. Then Sunday will be dry and colder with sunshine. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40s.

This will be a glancing shot of colder air that pulls out Monday. Next week looks quiet and on the mild side of average with sunshine most days and highs into the 50s. A couple of weak weather fronts will make their way through but while the upper air pattern remains in transition being controlled by a blocking high over the North Atlantic/Greenland,, no big or even small storms are on the horizon at least for the time being.
