Beautiful Mid June Day Lots of Sunshine & Less Wind
We are in the middle of a beautiful sweet spot on between a strong storm in Eastern Canada and lower pressures overy the midwest. This puts us in delivery of lots of Canadian dry air with plenty of blue skies and sunshine today, low humidity and highs in the 70s to near 80 in most places. The wind which has been an issue for the last 2 days is still gusty at times but it is lower than Sunday and Monday. Radars are quiet and will remain quiet.

Overnight weather models remain optimistic for the weekend. There still might be a minor interruption with clouds and maybe a few passing showers on Thursday. But I continue to believe the GFS model has the right idea of suppressing storm activity to the south this weekend. This means sunshine with highs reaching the 80s over the weekend and it could be 2 very nice beach days setting up.
