MARINE FORECAST SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS

With regards to marine conditions small craft advisory is still in effect today for the ocean waters mainly for rough ocean seas. We will see a little break from that tonight into Thursday but then a strong onshore flow resumes on Friday and a small craft advisory is likely to go up again for Friday and the weekend. There is also a moderate risk of rip currents at the Long Island Beaches and a HIGH RISK for rip currents at the New Jersey Shore.
