Dry Air Arrives Ahead of a Beautiful Weekend of Sun & Low Humidity
Overnight rains have now moved away to the east and we are going to see weather conditions generally improve today from northwest to southeast. As the frontal boundary sinks southward, we will see decreasing clouds and increasing amounts of sunshine. A nice fresh north to northeast winds will make for a nice cool day with very low humidity. Highs today will be mostly in the low to middle 70s at best. High pressure builds in tonight with clear skies. Most lows inland will be in the 50s while urban and coastal areas will bottom in the low 60s for the most part.

WEATHER RADAR
it is a rather straight forward forecast through the weekend and into next week. We are going to see dry air hang on in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic states. Even though this first air mass moves offshore, another high will be building into Eastern Canada. This is going to keep the flow more northeast for the up coming week. It will also keep dew points from rising much out of the 50s.
Not only will humidity levels remain lower and for the most part reasonably comfortable, but rain is not going to be an issue, possibly for all of next week! Backing up to Saturday we see mostly sunny skies all day long. High temperatures Saturday will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s with that nice northeast breeze continuing. Nights will remain reasonable and comfortable. Sunday will be mostly sunny. Highs will back up a little higher but still below average for this time of year. 80 to 85 degrees should do it.
Dry weather continues for much of next week. Rain and thunderstorms will be an issue this weekend across the Southeast US and parts of the Deep South but higher pressures to the north will keep the rain pinned southward. Late next week we might see something start to break as far as moisture is concerned but we have a number of nice weather days ahead of us before we need to concern ourselves with moisture.
