Winter Weather Advisory Continues
Even though the winter weather advisory continues for much of the area thje snow remains very unimpressive. Latest satellite and radars show the snow areas weakening substantially. The upper air disturbance to the west is poorly organized. There have been some bursts of snow here and there but the area that has moved out of Southeast Pennsylvania has not held up well at all.

There are other snow showers that are developing to the west in South Central Pennsylvania and across parts of New York State. Some models later tonight redevelop some snow along the coast and we will watch this area as it moves in for the morning commute. I’m still thinking a coating to an inch or two at most should do it with this weather system. Here is the HRRR model snowfall forecast through 10am Wednesday which is underwhelming to say the least.
