Got to love these easy forecasts. With dry weather and high pressure over the northeast the weather looks fine for Friday and great for the weekend. Temperatures will start trend higher into next week when we should be in the upper 80s to near 90 in some places.
We have a big upper ridge building and the jet stream shifts north and northeastward so this is a sign of prolonged above normal temperatures. That little circle off the Florida coast is Erika on the GFS but we aren’t concerned about that here. You can read more on the tropical page and on Joestradamus for that.
