Warm 60 Degree Weather Wednesday
The air mass overhead today is on its way out to the east so the warm up begins ahead of a cold fron now moving across the Great Lakes. It is nice and dry on either side of that front and it is very weak. Winds from the south or southwest tonight will keep temperatures from falling too far tonight as most lows will be in the middle 30s to lower 40s though some coastal areas could be a bit higher. Skies should be clear all night and Wednesday will start with some sunshine.

REGIONAL RADAR
With the front so weak with no showers the only thing of consequence will be a stripe of clouds that will move through from mid morning until noon. Even these clouds won’t get rid of all of the sunshine. Once they move to the east it will be back to mostly sunny skies for Wednesday afternoon as highs reach the mid 50s to lower 60s. Winds behind the front turn to the north and then northeast so we will see clear and colder conditions Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Lows will be in the upper 20s to mid 30s. Thursday we should see a fair amount of sunshine but it will be chilly again with highs just in the 40s.
WEDNESDAY’S FORECAST HIGHS
A slightly stronger front will move through Friday morning with some showers possible during the early morning hours on Friday. Most will be light and scattered. We should see some sunshine developing Friday with highs in the 50s before it turns chilly again for Friday night and Saturday. Saturday looks sunny for most of the day with highs in the 40s to near 50. We are still keeping an eye on Sunday with clouds and perhaps a few showers possible but there is a chance that any rain stays to the south and east.
Next week we will gradually shift to a colder weather pattern from midweek on. JOESTRADAMUS has more on the weather model chaos and the storm signals some models are giving.
