It is very hard to see but there is a narrow line of thunderstorms that have developed. It is a broken line that runs from Southwestern Suffolk County on Long Island west across Nassau County into NYC and then northwest into parts of Northern New Jersey. Reports of torrential downpours are coming in along with some gusty winds. Either side of the 15 miles of the line..there is nothing. Check the radar loops below and the scrolling feed for breaking warnings if any are issued.
