Snow Tapering Off Very Cold Tonight
Most of the area is waking up to a fresh accumulation of powdery snow of about an inch or 2. There is still a bit more to go through for areas in and around NYC and Long Island along with Southern Connecticut but the snow has ended across Central and Southern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania as low pressure develops this morning just east of the New Jersey coast.
SATELLITE LOOP

LOCAL RADAR NEW YORK CITY
LOCAL RADAR PHILADELPHIA
Tonight is going to be very cold with skies going mostly clear and with some snow cover on the ground temperatures should drop down to the teens everywhere and even some single digits are possible in areas north and west of the coast.
Friday another low will develop to our southeast but this should remain offshore. We will see lots of clouds and temperatures will probably struggle in the 20s to near 30. The weekend looks good with sunshine both days and highs will be mainly in the 30s.
