After a very nice day across the area we are seeing some changes in the flow for tonight through Thursday night. An onshore flow has taken over which means that low clouds will be sweeping inland from off the ocean. It is not an overly moist flow so some patchy fog overnight is likely to develop late tonight into Thursday morning. Coastal areas will be more susceptible to this than inland spots. Either way we should go partly sunny on Thursday. Temperatures will be cool on Thursday with highs in the 70s but along the coast it will probably be closer to 70 or even in the 60s.
Friday brings a cold front through here with limited support. There will be passing showers during the day and perhaps a thunderstorm in one or two spots. Others might see much less. Highs will be in the 70s.
Over the weekend Saturday looks to be okay with a mix of sun and clouds. However Sunday we will see some rain and thunderstorms as strong low pressure moves across the Great Lakes and Northeast with a trailing cold front moving through.
