HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND

the northern coasts of Hispaniola and Puerto Rico, and much of the
U.S. east coast. These swells are likely to cause dangerous surf and
rip current conditions for the next several days in these areas.

TROPICAL STORM LEE FORMS IN THE FAR EASTERN ATLANTIC

storm free

Tropical Depression 14 in the far Eastern Atlantic has strengthened to Tropical Storm Lee. This system will have no impact to land areas and will probably wind up dissipating in a few days as hostile wind conditions are forecast to develop in the South Central Atlantic that will create strong wind shear conditions, at least that is the plan at the moment.
