NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA: LESS HUMID AND MOSTLY NICE THROUGH THE WEEKEND

The cold front that moved through last night took all the thunderstorms and some of the humidity out to sea. This sets us up for a very good Friday and a very good weekend overall. There is going to be an upper air disturbance that will move through Northeast Pennsylvania Friday night and Saturday and this could produce a few clouds and perhaps a couple of showers or a thunderstorm. But any showers should be rather isolated in nature and not last long. Sunday looks good with lots of sunshine. Daytime highs will be in the middle 80s..nights will be in the comfortable 60s.

The next front is likely to come on Tueday and behind that it could turn rather cool for the second half of next week. In the meantime no thunderstorms are forecast at least through Sunday and it will be another great weekend of weather for the entire area.
