Frost Advisory Overnight Inland Dry Until Further Notice

Chilly air has moved in and it didn’t take long for temperatures to drop into the 50s during the afternoon. This sets us up for our first area wide cold night with sweaters and jackets and fireplaces going. Frost Advisory is posted for a good chunk of our inland areas across Eastern Pennsylvania, Western & Northern New Jersey, the Hudson Valley & Connecticut north of route 15.

FROST ADVISORY TUESDAY MORNING FORECAST LOWS

Morning lows will be in the mid 30s to lower 40s and cold spots will certainly challenge the 32 degree mark especially when the wind drops off. Tuesday night into Wednesday morning will be another chilly night and temperatures will be dependent on clear skies and little or no wind.

We are still chewing through the last of the leftover clouds from the cold front that moved through overnight. Skies should clear out in the next few hours if they haven’t already in your neck of the woods.

Tuesday’s highs will be in the upper 50s to around or just over 60 with plenty of sunshine. Temperatures will trend back higher Wednesday through Friday as we head to the 60s to near 70 Wednesday and into the low to mid 70s Thursday right through the weekend. Other than passing clouds and the occasional issue with an ocean wind, there are no weather complications that we can see right through this coming weekend.

Next week brings about the possibility of a change in the weather pattern to a colder and perhaps more active stormier one with more chances for much needed rain. JOESTRADAMUS has more on this.
