COLD UPPER LOW OFFSHORE HAS A SHOT TO DEVELOP OVER THE WEEKEND

I don’t think this is of any real concern except to marine interests but we have seen home grown tropical storms and there is a cold upper low offshore sitting over warm water so it is not impossible as per the National Hurricane Center which gives this a 40 percent chance for development over the weekendThe satellite loop shows the circulation offshore. It definitely is cold core but it is also sitting out there over 80+ degree water so it is not impossible that something could come of this.
